What is The Emotional Code?

The Emotional Code is a groundbreaking self-healing modality designed to unlock emotional release and physical restoration through a unique blend of breathwork, movement, light stretching, self-massage, and guided meditation. This immersive experience activates deep-seated emotions and clears energetic blockages, helping participants reconnect with their body and emotions in a profound way.

Throughout the session, you will be led through breathwork patterns, mindful movement, gentle stretching, and self-massage techniques designed to activate the body’s innate ability to release tension and stored emotions. As energy shifts, you may experience a full-spectrum emotional release—ranging from laughter to tears, vocal expression, or deep stillness—as your system naturally lets go of years of accumulated stress.

Many participants describe this experience as deeply healing, physically liberating, and emotionally freeing, leaving them with a sense of lightness, clarity, and renewed vitality. Whether you are seeking emotional release, relief from physical tension, or a deeper connection with yourself, The Emotional Code offers a profound path to transformation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Participants must be 18 or older to join. If you're 16 or 17, you can attend with written parental consent.

At this time, we’re unable to provide interpreters for live events, and since much of the experience is guided through verbal cues, it may not be the best fit. We’re always working on ways to make our sessions more accessible.

We often have a photographer and videographer capturing moments from our events, but your comfort comes first. Before we begin, we’ll always ask for permission. If you’d prefer not to be recorded, simply raise your hand when we mention it—no questions asked.

For the best experience, we recommend bringing:
  • A yoga mat for comfort.
  • A pillow for support.
  • A small blanket to stay cozy.
  • An eye mask to help you turn inward.
  • Lip balm (breathwork can dry out the lips).

Absolutely. No prior experience is needed and many participants come in not knowing exactly what to expect. The session is designed to meet you where you are, guiding you through the process at your own pace.

Comfort is key. Loose, breathable clothing—yoga wear, athletic wear, or anything that lets you move and breathe freely—is ideal. You’ll be lying down for an extended period, so choose something that won’t feel restrictive.

You don’t need to be fasting, but you also don’t want to come in feeling overly full. Think light and balanced—enough to sustain you without weighing you down. Since the session lasts up to three hours, it’s best to eat something that feels good for your body and supports your energy. Listen to what works best for you.
